ISMM & Jan Bacho modernizes its machinery
During the summer, three production machines were installed, tested and then put into routine operation at our company ISMM & Jan Bacho in Dívčí Hrad. The main reason for their acquisition is the partial transfer of production from the suppliers to the ISMM Group, which increased the number of components that we are able to produce in the group on our own, i.e. without cooperation. The total investment amounted to about 7 million CZK.
At the end of June, the LYNX 2600M DN Solutions CNC lathe was put into operation. Its domain will become precision turning of parts. The lathe is equipped with a bar feeder with a diameter of 6 to 82 mm and a length of 1500 mm. One new job has been created for its operator.
The month of July was marked by the start-up of two ERMAKSAN bending presses. The presses will take over the process of bending parts and replaced the original obsolete presses. The smaller press can bend a part with a maximum force of 40 tons and a maximum length of 1200 mm. The larger press can bend a part with a length of 4200 mm with a maximum force of 320 tons.
