New acquisition in ISMM Group: Mlýn Kozlovice
The ISMM Group has expanded its activities in the restaurant, hotel and wedding business. The new acquisition is a complex on the outskirts of the village of Kozlovice (Frýdek-Místek district), providing restaurant and lodging for everyday visitors as well as for larger events such as celebrations, corporate parties and weddings.
At the end of 2023, we completed the takeover of the premises commonly known as Na Mlýně in Kozlovice. The complex consists of a restaurant and a lodging, all built in a rustic style, and in addition to the main building with a mill wheel and wooden cottages used for accommodation, the complex also includes an open-air museum with historical exhibitions.
After its integration into the ISMM Group, the complex will be renamed Mlýn Kozlovice and its operation will be managed by ISMM Restaurants & Hotels s.r.o., which also has Hotel Gong in Štramberk under its wings.
The necessary repairs of the buildings on the premises and the recruitment of staff are currently underway. We are also working on the launch of the website www.mlynkozlovice.cz. The official opening is planned for spring this year.
