New Technological Additions at the ISMM Production Plant in Město Albrechtice
As part of our long-term strategy of investing in modern technologies, we have expanded our machinery fleet with two key laser machines from Senfeng, significantly enhancing our production capacity and efficiency.
2D Laser Senfeng: Maximum Precision and Performance
One of the key innovations is the 2D laser machine Senfeng, now operating in our plant in Město Albrechtice. This machine enables the processing of materials up to 1500 x 3000 mm with a power of 12 kW, allowing for cutting materials up to 40 mm thick.
Thanks to the advanced CypCut CNC system and the integrated Delta/Schneider servo system, the machine offers high reliability, precision, and ease of operation. Fast interpolation and user-friendly controls ensure efficient processing of even the most demanding jobs. This machine represents another step toward technological progress and increased production efficiency.
3D Laser for Tube and Profile Cutting SENFENG SF6024NT
Another significant addition is the new 3D laser for cutting tubes and profiles, the SENFENG SF6024NT, with a power of 3 kW. This fiber laser provides a working range of 6000 x 240 mm, allowing us to process a wide variety of materials with high precision.
The machine is equipped with three pneumatic chucks for maximum accuracy and minimal material waste. An automatic material feeder speeds up and simplifies the entire process. The robust welded construction and automatic autofocus adjustment ensure stability and precision in every operation. This investment enables us to process parts that we previously outsourced, significantly increasing efficiency.

Additionally, we have optimized operations by installing a central liquefied oxygen supply from Messer, resulting in significant savings in technical gas consumption.
