The company ISMM buys the new production site from the company Bosch
The engineering company ISMM Production & Business Cooperation ltd. is starting its 5th production site, at this time in Mesto Albrechtice in the Krnov region.
ISMM buys a fully equipped site with an area of almost 4 hectares from the company Bosch Termotechnika ltd., which is moving its production to the plant in Krnov. The value of the transaction reaches units of millions EUR. The start of site running is scheduled for December 1, 2021, and in the first phase, about 30 new employees will be hired over there.
There are 15 buildings in the area in total. Except for the administrative building and social facilities, there are mostly production facilities or warehouses. In terms of technology equipment, the site has two laser-cutting machines with an automatic sheet feeder, press-brakes, a fully equipped pressing-shop, powder coating paint-shop, and about 50 welding boxes. ISMM also bought new machinery worth 0,5 million EUR to be placed over there. These are mainly a CNC machining center, a shot-blasting machine, and an edge-rounding machine. There might work up to 250 employees at the production site, and the ISMM would like to reach its full staff level within a few years as the business grows.
The company ISMM Production & Business Cooperation ltd. is the flagship of the ISMM Group owned by Mr. Miloslav Cváček. The ISMM Group includes six companies in total, which employ more than 500 employees and make a turnover of more than 40 million EUR. However, the new ISMM production site in Mesto Albrechtice is not the only acquisition that has recently occurred within the ISMM Group. At the beginning of October 2021, ISMM Group bought the medium-sized company Strojírna Jan Bacho, Plc. in Divci Hrad, which is newly re-named as ISMM & Jan Bacho Plc.
